What a seat is
A seat is one licensed computer. Purchases issue one activation code covering exactly the number of seats you buy; it appears on the receipt page and is emailed to the checkout address, and each computer is activated once with it. Device-based seats carry an offline lease, and billing is managed or cancelled at any time from title-desk.com/manage with the activation code or purchase email; no account or password is needed.
What every plan includes
- Local OCR, runsheet, ownership, curative, reports and packages — with or without an AI connected.
- Bring your own AI account if you want drafting assistance; the reading and OCR cost nothing because they are local.
- Encrypted workspace, append-only audit log, research browser with allowlisted hosts.
Fifteen-day build-out
Enterprise engagements include technician-led onboarding, training and customization over fifteen days, with on-call support 9–5 Monday to Friday during the engagement.
How checkout works
Choose a plan on the download page. Stripe takes the payment or the trial card; the receipt page shows your activation code and the download for your platform, and the same code is emailed to you.
