Billing

Manage or cancel your subscription.

Cancel, change the card on file, or read past invoices. There is no TitleDesk account and no password: your activation code opens billing straight away, or we send a link to the address that bought the seat.

Fastest

I have my activation code.

The tdact_… code from your purchase email. Holding it is proof enough; it opens billing for that subscription and nothing else.

If the code is lost

Send a link to my email.

Use the address that bought the seat. We reply the same way whether or not an address has a subscription, so nobody can use this page to find out who our customers are.

What you can do there

  • Cancel. During a 7-day Individual trial, cancelling means you are never charged and the $1 card check stays refunded. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal; the seat keeps working to the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Change the card on file, or fix a card that failed.
  • Read and download invoices for every charge.

Work already saved on your computer is yours and stays there. TitleDesk keeps title documents and projects locally; cancelling billing does not reach into them or delete anything.

Two cases this page cannot settle

An Enterprise demo or a licence issued directly. Those were granted by hand and were never billed through Stripe, so there is nothing to cancel. Write sales@theharnesslab.com and it will be ended for you.

Enterprise seats on an annual contract. The portal shows the invoices and the card; a mid-term change of seat count is a conversation. Write sales@theharnesslab.com from the purchase address.

Never send a card number, an activation code, or any other secret by email.
