Because decimals lie. 1/3 as a decimal is 0.333…, and three of them do not add to 1. TitleDesk uses exact fractions, so 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 is exactly 1 and an over-conveyance is reported as an exact excess such as "over by 1/4".

You are not asked to. Every extracted date, party and fraction stays proposed until you accept it, and each is linked to the page it came from. A model can only add to what the deterministic parser found.

Open title-desk.com/manage/ and paste the activation code from your purchase email, or ask for a link to the address that bought the seat; then choose Cancel subscription in the billing portal. There is no account or password. Cancelling inside a 7-day trial means you are never charged; after that, cancelling stops the next renewal and the seat keeps working to the end of the period already paid. Enterprise demos and licences issued directly were never billed, so there is nothing to cancel; write sales@theharnesslab.com to end one.

The Texas workflow is the most developed — county index by abstract and party, GLO patents, RRC data — but the runsheet, ownership, curative and packaging are not Texas-specific.
